How to increase efficiency and success rate

Ectopic eruptions are a common problem in orthodontics. Most of the available literature onthis topic limits the treatment possibilities and even advises not to solve some ectopiceruptions. Combining efficient biomechanics and protocols to increase patient’s response totreatment, solutions and increased success rate may be given to several dental abnormalevolution or position. A different personal perspective on skeletal anchorage, alveolarcorticotomy, and effective biomechanics will be shown and how they may be utilized to helpmanage cases in a direction different from what is commonly “advised” in the literature.
