Treatment with aligners represents today an alternative to conventional treatments with braces, both buccal and lingual. Class II malocclusions represents one of the most frequent scenario which happens to deal with daily, both in adults and teenagers. Within this lecture, the speaker will show the most up to date advancements of the Invisalign technique which allows to treat a wide spectrum of class II cases without and with extractions. It will be shared the different types of approaches available today, not only with a pure aligner approach but also with a combined approach with auxiliary devices, such as the Motion appliance, in order to make more efficient and effective each treatment. The speaker will highlight the importance of the case selection, which are the main software and clinical tools to use in managing class II cases with Invisalign and how far the clinician can go.
