Digital Orthodontics with Invisalign aligners: the power of less

The possibility to treat different level of crowding represented a specific issue of Invisalign aligners in the early time of its advent in the orthodontic panorama. The evolution based on research and the development of new features (smart features), new material, and new clincheck software, widely spread the application field to a large number of malocclusion conditions and highly improved the capability of orthodontic treatment plan. The idea to visualize patient initial malocclusion by means of a 3D software can widen diagnostic information received from patient micro-esthetic conditions and occlusal situation, while the Digital Setup (Clincheck) create a complete new approach to orthodontic patients allowing to plan all orthodontic treatment and dental movements at one stage single stage (Digital Orthodontics) and not appointment by appointment (Traditional Orthodontics). Following biomechanical and biological patient needs the orthodontist can fully apply orthodontic principles which are the basis of personal background modifying only the time of application and the release of forces. In this way Digital Orthodontics with Invisalign may totally change orthodontic approach with a combination of highly effective results in complex cases even with combined orthodontic sectionals during treatment of sagittal problems.
