Information for authors

We invite authors who wish to contribute to the congress scientific programme to submit abstracts at www.kongrescos.cz.

The deadline for the submission of abstracts is on June 31, 2015.

Categories:

  • Main Scientific Programme
  • E-poster Section
  • Section for orthodontic assistants
  • Section for dental technicians

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to place a contribution in a different category, upon consultation with the author. Priority will be given to contributions regarding the main topics of the congress.

The scientific committee will award the best postgraduate lecture (for doctors in postgraduate training and less than 2 years after its completion, please mark the abstract with letters PG), the best scientific poster and the best poster with topic most beneficial to clinical practice.

Authors will be notified by 31. 7. 2015. Abstracts will be published in the congress proceedings and in the Ortodoncie journal or to USB.

The schedule time for each presentation is 15 minutes in the Main Scientific Programme and 20 minutes in other sections. The first author of each presentation will not have to pay the congress fee.

Poster section will take the form of electronic posters. Only one page in PDF format will be accepted, the template size is 52 × 63,5 cm (9 : 11).

Abstracts that do not conform to the submission guidelines will be returned to the author for revision by the special deadline. Abstracts received after this date cannot be published. Submission of results may not be deferred to the time of your oral or poster presentation. In such case, the Congress Scientific Committee would not be able to rate your presentation.
