Marie Štefková

Dr. Marie Štefková graduated from Medical Faculty of Palacky University in 1965. She ? nished her specialization studies in orthodontics in 1978, and in 1989 was awarded the CSc. degree. She works in clinical practice and teaches undergraduates as well as graduates. She has co-written several textbooks, takes part in workshops and congresses in the Czech Republic and abroad. Dr. Štefková is a member of the Czech Orthodontic Society (she worked as the head of the auditing committee), European Orthodontic Society, and a honorary member of Polish Orthodontic Society. She has organized workshops for orthodontists as well as for orthodontic assistants and dental technicians.
