Jiří Šusta

ng. Jiří Šusta is one of the leading experts in the ? elds of economy and operation organization of private medical practices. He lectures about economic and legal aspects of dental surgery operation at Medical Faculty of Charles University in Hradec Králové and Prague for the students in their 5th year of study as well as for dental hygienists and dentist´s assistants. He runs his own counselling of? ce for medical staff and works as a consultant in the ? elds of economy and medical organization management. In the 90th of the last century he witnessed establishment of ? rst private dental surgeries, he also co-owns and operates stomatological surgeries. Amongst his long-term objectives are improved ef? ciency of non-government health institutions, and reduced dependence on the system of public health insurance. His consulting company specializes in the complex services for stomatologists, from the start of a private surgery, its efficient operation to successful sale. With the team of colleagues he works on operation, accounting and tax policies related to a practice of natural persons, limited liability companies or to transition of a natural person into the status of limited liability company.
