REGISTRATION

• Congress tickets must be purchased via the ČOSIS registration form (from 1 April 2026).
• The congress and accompanying events have limited capacity; tickets are available until capacity is reached or until the specified deadlines.
• Registration is completed and valid after the payment of the ticket. 
• Early registration is strongly recommended.
• On-site congress registration will not be available.

!! Congress fees do not include lunches. We recommend booking half board (breakfast and lunch) at your selected hotel within the ENSANA complex !!

The congress is accredited within the Continuing Professional Education system of the Czech Dental Chamber as an official educational event.

* Members of the Czech Orthodontic Society – orthodontic specialists employed full-time (min. 0.6 FTE) at a clinic where the orthodontic department provides at least three accredited residency training positions for orthodontic specialists (to be confirmed by an affidavit).

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I register for the congress without a Czech Ortodontics Association (ČOS) account?
If you want to register for the ČOS congress, you must first create your account with the society, regardless of whether you are a member or not. Your account will store both your personal and billing details. ČOS members are entitled to a discounted registration fee.

If I participated in previous years of the ČOS congress but am not a ČOS member, do I need to fill in the registration details again?
No, you don’t. If you have already attended a previous edition of the congress and are not a ČOS member, simply log in using the credentials from your last registration (email and the password you chose). In this case, the system remembers your personal and billing details, so you don’t need to enter them again. However, we recommend checking and updating them if necessary. If you don’t remember your password, please request a reset.

If you have forgotten your password for your ČOS account, click on the “Forgot login details” button and follow the on-screen instructions to recover your account.

Also, check your spam or junk folder, as the email might have been filtered there. If you generate a new log in request, the previous one will become invalid.

How can I register multiple participants?
After completing your personal registration, go to the ORDER SUMMARY page, click on “Complete Order“, and then return to the home page and click “New Order – Another Participant“. Simply change the participant’s name and proceed with the registration. Once all participants are registered, you can pay for all registrations at once.

Can I pay for multiple registrations at once?
Yes, if you create multiple orders from your account, you can pay for them all at once by clicking the “Bulk Payment” button. Although the payment will be processed as a single transaction, separate invoices will be issued for each order.

Can I pay after receiving an invoice?
No, invoices are only issued after payment has been received.

Can I pay from abroad?
Yes, you can complete your payment using your bank card via the online
payment gateway.

How can I add something to my registration (e.g., a ticket to the social
evening, a charity run registration, etc.)?
Log into your account, find your order, and click the “Add to Order” button. Then follow the on-screen instructions.

Who is eligible for FREE entry to the congress?
The first author of an oral presentation is entitled to free congress registration. In the case of multiple authors, only the first author receives free entry. The author of a digital poster must pay the standard congress registration fee.
